McDonald's in Mannheim

If you’re having a perfectly wonderful day and are looking for a fool-proof way to have it ruined, this is the place to be. Staff are rude, inefficient, will often have very poor command of German or English and don’t necessarily give you a sense of overt confidence when it comes to hygiene either. I just got shouted at for asking how to order - felt a little bullied. Nuff said.

As for the pandemic, dirty touchscreens are not suitable for ordering. The answer to my statement above: There was no trace of disinfectant, only at the entrance under guard there was a spray bottle that everyone could touch. Have you ever thought? When I was there, I asked to disinfect the touchscreen. (There were two customers in front of me) and the answer was: We did that before. Perhaps one should give a little more in instructions to the staff. Disinfection must be done before each customer. I'll record that on my next visit.

Just got 4 happy meals and 4 times no fruit nonsense in the bag if one was missing OK but forgot all 4 I was really annoyed the next time I will check whether the horn is honking or not It wasn't the first time that something was missing, you count for it

Today we were treated very rude. The machine had not accepted the valid code and then no one wanted to help us.

Hello, now for the umpteenth time for large family orders, the order is not completely assembled. This is all the more annoying when the toys for the Happy Meals are not the ones that have been ordered and selected by the children. Complaints can be made on site, that's annoying. But if I unpack at home and there is the wrong toy in it, that doesn't work!

This one star is even overrated, in my opinion this Mc Donalds doesn't deserve any. It's the worst Mc Donalds around. Every time I regret getting food there, the french fries are old, cold and saggy even when mentioned. "Please keep it fresh or at least warm". they don't care. !!!! Just catasttophal every time my appetite goes away.

Very tasty and freshly made to order burgers. A large selection of food and many coupons possible. A drive-in is also available and the restaurant is open 24 hours.

BUT for the same money. and take a look at your advertising posters, and then make a hamburger or cheeseburger that looks something like this.

Unfortunately, the "service" is getting worse and the employees are increasingly unfriendly. How often was the order packed incorrectly and when pointing it out there was no apology, just an annoyed look. The employees at the DriveIn can hardly speak any German and if you don't know what they want from you, you will be turned on in a stupid way. This is the lowest level even for McDonalds, because other branches can do the simplest things a thousand times better.

The new ice cream in the paper cup is an absolute cheek or the staff cannot operate the ice cream machine. Simply slap the burgers on top. There is only one star for the nuggets.

No matter when I was at this MCdonals. The toilets always looked like this. Usually worse. In fact, I've never seen clean toilets there. Don't want to know what the kitchen looks like.

Been here for a long time. Behind the counter 6 people but to order you have to line up at a terminal only to then queue up at the till to pay so you can wait for your meal at the counter. Are you serious????

Top! Very friendly staff. And, what is very important in these times, professional infection control. At the entrance everything is explained with signs, disinfectant is ready, as well as the notes to record the visit. Order via touchscreen display or cell phone. Plexiglass is attached to the counter to the employee. At each table and seat there is a sticker stating which table / place can be used and which is not.

Its ok but not healthy

It's the best McDonald's restaurant I've tried in Germany. The service is fast and the food feels fresh and tasty.

OK. Somehow it's tight inside. No German staff, which is sad.

Too much wait..

It's a decent McDonald's, it's not to big but it has got enough place for people to so sit. The staff is nice and friendly and the place seems well taken care of. Prices and food are what you can expect from a McDonald's. There is not that much more to say about it.
